- Client: Any individual or entity contracting with the Company for services

- Acceptance of Terms
- By contracting with UP2U World or using our services, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between both parties.
- Services Provided
Our services include:- Digital marketing and social media management
- Website design and development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Graphic design and branding
- Content creation and copywriting
- Voice-over and translation services
- Photography and video editing
- Client Obligations
- Provide all required information and materials within specified Time-frames.
- Review and approve submitted work within agreed periods
- Pay all financial obligations according to the established schedule
- Respect the Company’s intellectual property rights
- Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment of project value upon contract signing
- Remaining 50% due upon final delivery
- All prices in Saudi Riyals excluding VAT
- In case of payment delays, the Company reserves the right to suspend work
- Intellectual Property
- Company retains copyrights for all creative work until full payment completion
- After full payment, rights transfer to Client with Company retaining portfolio display rights
- Client may not resell or redistribute produced works
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Company commits to protecting all Client information from third-party disclosure
- Personal data handled according to applicable Saudi data protection laws
- Information used solely for project execution purposes
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of signing with 80% refund
- After work commencement, refunds only in exceptional circumstances at Company discretion
- If Company cancels project, Client entitled to full refund
- Quality Assurance and Liability
- Company guarantees work quality according to agreed standards
- Company liability limited to contracted project value
- Company not liable for indirect or incidental losses
- Force Majeure
- Company not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.
- Terms Modification
- Company reserves right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice to existing Clients.
- Dispute Resolution
- Disputes resolved amicably first
- Unresolved disputes referred to competent courts in Saudi Arabia
- Saudi laws govern this agreement
